Stick with the Jambalaya and Gumbo that they can serve immediately. Don't bother with other items (like the Jamaican chicken sandwich in the pic) which can take them an hour to make and are mediocre at best.

A Missoula classic.It’s amazing what comes out of that tiny kitchen. It’s all yum. And you get to hang out at Charlie B’s.

Never disappointed! Charlie B's is more than your average hole in the wall bar. The staff is great. The Dino is the real reason to go, their food is killer. I grew up in East Texas, had family in Louisiana, ate lots of proper Cajun food as a kid, and it's the best I've had since moving to Montana. I'm writing this review as I wait for the "Tennessee" Po-Boy (Catfish, Bacon, and Coleslaw) and Hush Puppies ($14.50).

Go-to delicious affordable Cajun-style. You'll always be satisfied. And you'll be amazed how they can find you in the crowd and deliver a steaming plate of good food. And it's inside Charlie's so you'll never be disappointed.

Hidden gem. If smokejumpers and other fire guys recommend it, it is good. Creole was great; it has a little kick for this New England girl. When I ordered the zucchini sticks I thought order of 8 was eight sticks, not 8 zucchinis! Bring cash. Charlie Bs is your working class bar with hidden soul food inside. I love that this place hasn’t changed in 15 yrs (when I first came here).

Nothing can beat this place for their chicken wings, Cajun food, and fish and chip specials on Saturdays. My wife loves the Gumbolaya, while I love the double dipped wings. But I have never had anything else that is bad either. Make sure to bring cash though.. they don't accept credit cards.

Super great food! Bar atmosphere is a little hectic but worth it.

So disappointed. No signage whatsoever to locate the place. My wife and I unknowingly walked by the entrance several times, even went around the corner and down the alley. Finally asked in the bakery next door and they said it’s the door to the left and up the stairs. Checked that door, but was locked at stairs. Again, absolutely no signage. Opened the next door and found only an unnamed bar. Said forget it... Apparently they don’t care to attract customers

I wasnt sure where my daughter was taking me. Down an alley and through a back door. But the sandwich was so awesome. I will ne going back!

For the price and atmosphere this place is great! Lots of affordable and filing options. All their food is pretty tastey and you can sit around the bar. Good place to socialize.

The shrimp PoBoy is just a lot of cocktail sauce on bread with a few shrimp on it. Wish i could get my money back.

Dude said I was making fun of his accent. When I asked him the owners name and repeated it for him. Staff is trash and will not help when you make and order. Don’t waste you money here
